No! George! No!

No! George! No!, a 60-second audio piece, was selected by Vox Novus for their 60x60 Project (2005). The 60x60 Project presents an evening of sixty original works by sixty composers. Each work lasts no longer than one minute and is accompanied by projected computer-driven visualizations. The sixty recorded pieces are performed in succession without pause, one after another, creating a 1 hour concert. Concert performances in 2005 and 2006 included London, UK; Klosterneuburg, Austria; Gavle, Sweden; Sydney Conservatorium of Music, Australia; Galapagos, Brooklyn, NY; Roosevelt University, Chicago; Los Angeles Harbor College; Hartford Art School; Forest Park CC, St. Louis; University of Albany; Mills College, Oakland; Bijou Theater, CalArts, Valencia, CA; and Bainbridge Island, WA.

ForeignAmerican Pictures created a video work to accompany an extended 3½ minute version of No! George! No! for presentation June 11, 2006, on the TRANSPORT series of concerts co-sponsored by the Washington Composers Forum and Jack Straw Productions.

You may listen to the extended version of No! George! No! at Broadjam.com.
