The Tree goes on October tour

The American University Chamber Singers, under the direction of Daniel Abraham, premiered The Tree on April 2, 2004. The ensemble will take the work on tour October 7 - 12, 2004, to Toronto, Niagara-on-the-Falls, Buffalo, Fredonia, Pittsburgh, Harrisburg & Shippensburg, with a pre-tour concert in Washington, DC, on October 4.

Most of the concerts are FREE! Here's the complete tour schedule:

October 4 at 4 PM Pre-Tour send-off concert at American University, Washington, DC
The send-off concert will be at the Kay Spiritual Life Center, located at the east end of American University's main quad. PARKING: All visitors attending events in the Kay Spiritual Life Center should park in the Nebraska Parking Lot directly across Nebraska Avenue from American University's main campus; the entrances to the Nebraska Parking Lot are on Nebraska Avenue as well as New Mexico Avenue.
